Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Grant Applications Available Now

The City of Bluffton is applying for funding to help homeowners with needed repairs. While the grant has not yet been awarded, we are hopeful for a positive outcome and are making applications available now so residents have time to complete them and be ready if funding is approved.

 If awarded, the program could provide up to $25,000 for eligible repairs for owner-occupied homes within the City of Bluffton, including:
• Roof repair or replacement
• ADA accessibility improvements (to the home entrance)
• Heating or cooling replacement
• Electrical and lighting upgrades
• Water heater replacement

 Please complete the application fully and include all required documentation to improve your chances of receiving funding.
